GGT/AV is proud to provide apprenticeship services to UltraTune Auto Service centres throughout Melbourne . UltraTune is a 100% Australian owned company, offering a range of fixed price services from 200 franchise outlets across the country.
Every year up to 16 GGT/AV apprentices gain essential skills and trade experience by working alongside the professional, highly skilled motor mechanics at UltraTune.

Corporate Structure
GGT/AV is a public, not-for-profit organisation limited by guarantee.
The company is controlled by a Board of honorary directors who are elected from the ranks of Member Organisations. An organisation may become a member by paying the annual subscription fee (a nominal amount) and adhering to our Articles of Association (Corporate Constitution.
Board of Directors
There are currently six Board members, with our Managing Director and Company Secretary also represented. The senior management team, comprising the General Manager Operations, General Manager Corporate Services and Commerical Manager attend all Board meetings and report monthly.

All of our Member Organisations are invited to Annual General meetings (this year the meeting was held on 18th of October), and receive copies of our Annual Reports and Prospectus. We invite our members to take an interest in the strategic decision making of GGT/AV, and welcome their comments or recommendations.
