John Zagami has been working as a builder in East Gippsland for around 28 years and has been hosting GGT/AV apprentices for most of that time.
Many of our host employers are small business owners like John, who rely on us to provide flexible apprenticeship solutions for their business. John is currently providing work for 2 of our carpentry apprentices, and has contributed over the years to the success of many more young, local people.

Building and Construction services
AV Innovation Pty Ltd uses our apprentices and instructors to complete domestic, commercial and industrial building projects, as well as contract engineering work. We employ dozens of qualified and experienced tradespeople and have facilities, plant and equipment equivalent to any major building or engineering company. Because there is a side benefit to our organisation (real industry training for our apprentices), we are able to provide these services to industry at highly competitive prices.
In addition to our on-site building and construction services, GGT/AV can also provide quality production and maintenance services to industry :

Our host employers also have the opportunity to tender for major building and engineering contracts that are managed by AV Innovation Pty Ltd or to join us on joint projects as subcontractors.
